Interest list: your name, email address and the course you are interested in.

Enquiries: your name, business email, company, country, what you are looking for and any optional details you share.

Bookings: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the information needed to confirm and deliver your booking; we never see or store your card details.

To reply to your enquiry, to tell you when bookings open for a course you asked about, and to deliver courses you have booked. Our legal bases are your consent (interest list), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (enquiries), performance of a contract (bookings) and our legal obligations (financial records).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Interest list and enquiry details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Booking and invoicing records: six years, as required by Irish tax law.

Only with service providers who help us run this website, store data, send emails and process payments, under appropriate data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
