Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as the course has not yet started.

14 or more days before the course starts: full refund.

Fewer than 14 days before the course starts: we can't offer a refund, but you can move your place to a later date of the same course, or send a colleague in your place, at no extra cost.

To cancel, move or transfer a place, email i.vangastel@bestforleaders.com with your booking details. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer you a place on another date or a full refund — your choice.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
